Went to get my accessibility pass. I had all the correct documents and the proper ID. I was denied the accessibility pass because I didn't have my old pass with me. They turned me away without renewing my accessibility pass. I called Service ontario hotline and they told me that there was another option to return your old pass by mail. This option was not brought forth to me at the service Ontario location I was just denied on the spot no pass no guidance don't waste your time.

I would like to give review for customer service operator 2 392. She is so humble and polite and helped us . We were 4 family members and she did her job very well without any frustration. Also, the environment at this location was peaceful as all staff was helpful.

Alisha I think that’s how you spell her name on register 1 was very helpful with me renewing my health card. She was impressively well-paced and assisted me in the best way possible!

No knowledge. I went there this morning for B license 2nd temporary renewal which was eligible at 9:30am she said we don’t renew it talk to your company after that I went to another location I got renewed it at 10:30am after an hour wasted my time. Hiring people who have no experience and experienced people don’t have jobs.

Amazing dealership. Pawan is really helpful, always go above and beyond to help. Very knowledgeable and always have a positive and happy outlook.
