Wonderful experience today at the Brampton passport office. Did not complete my application and was patiently walked through the process by a very supportive staff who had a beautiful smile. That's customer service!

I came here yesterday on Saturday, i hated the long cold line up at the front i got to the 3rd counter I left my ID in my car the gentleman told me i needed it he said i can go grab it and quickly come back and see him then he gave me a number. Him and the young lady who took my application were very helpfull. The only thing that needs to change is the long line up at the front perhaps a bigger building 4/5 stars

I'm rating it poorly because of having to wait outside for 42 minutes in -7 temp with a wind chill of -10. I got frost bite in my hands and feet even with double gloves and good boots with thick socks on. Almost 10 minutes inside I'm still thawing while still waiting line. Can the government not give us a bigger space with more room wait inside in this cold weather?

Staff was friendly, from the security guard to the clerk. However, I'm giving a 3 star rating because they're only open for a short time on Saturdays. If you don't arrive there early on a Saturday, be prepared to waste 2 hrs of your day and the lineup stretches outside the building.

Went on a Saturday morning, arrived at 8:15 and there was already quite a few people in line (something we expected). They opened at 9 and the staff was very organized with 3 desks checking papers before providing numbers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of chairs to sit down and very clean.
