I was able to get my health card renewed fairly quickly. The staff know what they're doing. It's a bit difficult to get to via TTC but other than that it's a good location.

It seems like most people who rated this location quite low is actually just upset at the government for one reason or another. Service Ontario locations are contracted by the provincial government, but they are not technically part of the bureaucracy. This location is the best I've been to. The lines can get long during busy times. But I've never had an issue with the staff, who have been friendly and professional from my experiences

RUDE. Need classes in customer service, or even just learn how to say "hello" and "thank you".

I went there today I was in/out in a matter of minutes. The lady at the counter was very helpful/courteous/ and professional.
