Great experience with friendly staff and security guards. They really move people through quickly and the process to get a passport takes less time than I remembered. The security guard was very pleasant and helpful. It was refreshing to see.

The move of locations have helped them a lot to fit more people into the area. The employees are helpful and very kind. The only down side is when it is busy you need to spend a lot of time waiting.

I have to say my wife and I were in quite a bind for our passports. It was saturday and our flight was leaving in 2 days Called the 1800 number and a hour later the most friendly voice was talking to my wife and told her everything would be fine and to show up at the office at 2pm. Two ladies helped us with our passports and within 2 hrs we had new passports and a big relief was of our shoulders. Thanks ladies for everything you did you made our day.

So I came in here in a frenzy to renew my passport....as I was due to leave on vacation that day and had come to the realization mine was expired two hours before my flight! Without the staff at this location who expedited my passport renewal I likely would have suffered an unfortunate 'accident' on vacation when I did manage to arrive, as my girlfriend would have killed me otherwise. Safe to say I made it 20 min before the plane left and was glad to enjoy my vacation. Thanks for saving my balls if not life :D 10/10 would renew here again
