Great service!nI had my mother in law OHIP card to be extended. Due to variety of reasons, that was difficult. Faiytaz, the guy who helped us, helped us for real. He went above and beyond his duties to make it happen. He deserves recognition! More guys like him, and my faith in government service will be restored. That was 3rd visit in same location, and no one can make it. Can you imagine dragging 89 years old woman just to be informed this is not possible. Faiytaz made it happen. Good job !

Cannot say anything wrong but according to your case, you might have to rush to gather documents or revise them. I went for a health card at 6.30am but got out with something at 2.30pm. In my case I had to revise my employment letter with specific details that they asked.

I want to start off by thanking the wonderful staff at this location who helped me in getting an Ontario Photo Card. May, at the reception was courteous and a thorough professional, answering all questions and setting clear expectations of the wait time as we had walked in without an appointment. Ben, went above and beyond to get the requisite paperwork information from us by consulting various resources on his end so that we wouldn’t have to visit again due to lack of documentation on our end. Definitely recommend this location.

I’ve been at the location a few times. The staff are very friendly and fast. An appointment is the way to go, but today I walked in and was done within 10 minutes!
