Was just in and expereinced the rudest lady working there! Centre position of the 3 employees currently working. She was unpleasant and complained to our faces about having to issue new license plates. That's your job. She didn't smile. She had RBF. She typed as slow as possible. She spoke so slowly and seemed genuinely displeased to be doing her job. We had ALL the correct paperwork and it was fully completed. Should've been in and out. We've done this before. She should not be client facing. Our tax dollars AND the additional fees pay for this "service". It's unbelievable. If anyone outside of a government position would behave as this woman did they would be immediately fired. And for good reason. Train the employees to have kind manners and a smile.

Horrible!!!!!! These people know nothing!! They will send you 10 different times for 10 different things before they get anything done for you. It's like they are just looking for excuses not to get your work done for you.

So bad management . Very big line ups and still none in the counter . When I visited there was a line up of about 30 people and only 2 counters out of the 7 were working and one of them still in training . People were getting so frustrated that everyone was just going back and still they didn’t io n another counter . Could see staffs just sittting here and there looking at the monitors and not helping anyone in the line up. Very bad location. I would go for a negetive review if there was an option.

No such thing as adding a minus in front of the star. Uneducated individual that being the so called manager who claims that she can refuse a Canadian birth certificate as a form of ID for date of birth. Rude and uneducated I will definitely contact the ministry directly to assure this individual looses her position.

These people are miserable and clearly hate thier jobs lol...a smile and common decency towards human beings goes along way guys. Don’t be mad at us that you are unhappy with your life
