I called regarding some business related questions as I will be selling in the US. I had to wait a total of 15 minutes and Daisy the phone operator was thorough and to the point. She was very helpful. Before calling I read the reviews and they were scaring me. Maybe the service was bad in the past but it was great for me. Thanks again Daisy!

This government agency should not exist and Absolute a joke! I was helping my mom with the online stuff. My mom speaks limited English. So I called. CRA does not offer any help at all. They told me no translating, no permission to speak to their son. I think who ever gives a 5 star must work for the CRA. I think 90% us would rate 0 stars. The rating should be only 0.1. .1 is just me being nice
