I made an appointment online a few days prior. I simply walked up to the kiosk, typed in my phone number, received a ticket and sat down to wait a few minutes to be called. The employees are pleasant, quick and efficient. This is conveniently located in the staples. Parking is free. I have gone with no appointment and you would wait approx 40-45 mins. They provide seating and even sometimes give you a 10% off coupon for Staples!

I went to renew my driver’s license without an appointment and very close to closing time. Omar was very welcoming, gave me a ticket and explained that I can also book appointments in the future. After waiting for less than 10 minutes, it was my turn. Anna was very helpful and was able to renew my health card too which was due to expire a few months after. I received great efficient service and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location in the future. Thank you Omar and Anna for your great service!

I booked a appointment ahead of time. I was served within 3 minutes of arrival. Ahmad was friendy and professional. He updated my vehicle permit and license in 6 minutes. Total time at service ontario less than 10 min.nnAmazing service as a whole and shout out to Ahmad who was just a nice guy to talk to for that brief interaction.nnThis is a completely different experience as compared to Service Ontario ten years ago.

I recently had an experience with Ahmad If I remember the name correctly at this Service Ontario while applying for OHIP for my mom as a new immigrate. Although my application was not approved this time, I wanted to commend the outstanding service. Ahmad was extremely patient and took the time to provide all the information we needed, ensuring I clearly understood the reason for the rejection and what steps we could take moving forward.nnI have visited this Service Ontario location for a couple of times and I am genuinely grateful for professionalism and thoroughness of the staffs there. It's clear that they are dedicated to their work and adhere strictly to the rules and regulations that protect taxpayers' money. Their attention to detail and commitment to following protocol are truly commendable. Thanks for excellent service and for upholding the standards that benefit us all.

It is a very peculiar place to have a Service Ontario inside a Staples store. I went here to renew my driver's license,OHIP, and car registration on a Saturday. Opened exactly 9 AM. The que was long, and people piled up fast. This was my second time going here as I missed my previous schedule. I tried to ask them if I can talk to the manager, but they said he was busy and they couldn't attend to my request. This place wss over staff, yet the service was mediocre. Avoid going on a weekend at all costs. Otherwise, you'll spend half of your day here. Government service at its finest. BTW they handed the people who are waiting a 15% staples voucher. Pathetic!
