To be honest, this is one of the best service Ontario offices I’ve been to. Very friendly and welcoming staff, convenient location and professional yet warm attitude! Today we went to counter no. 4. 5stars and keep up the good work!

Staff not very friendly but makes unnecessary comments when I went to renew my Health card since my husband wanted some changes as to his health care. Rude comments by staff at counter 8 instead of doing their job however my husband will be writing a complain letter soon. My husband feels its racial discrimination and such staff should not be employed for customer service.

Absolutely horrible. The Service is great and the wait times are fair as well. The problem is the inexperienced clerks. Had to go and come back 3 seperate times just to renew a Health Card. Each time with a different paper to procure. SMH

The model of what All Service Ontario offices should be! Everytime I go here, even if it's busy the lines move at a reasonable pace for a government office. There's a pre-screening, comfy chairs, sufficient staff and a ticket queue with clear monitors showing who is next in line. It's an old fashioned method, but it just works! The only way they could improve it is with a Portable notification system like restaurants and Pharmacies use now. I hope they open more offices like these in less popular neighborhoods as it also helps uplift the area

This place is spacious with lot of seats for everyone. Even if it's gets busy sometimes, they help everyone quickly and efficiently. Maureen who works here is very friendly, professional and courteous.
