I'm thoroughly impressed with their service! The employees are not only super efficient but also incredibly polite.nnI recently applied for passports for both myself and my toddler, and I was surprise by how fast everything moved. To my surprise, my daughter's passport arrived even earlier than expected - talk about excellent customer service.

I had an appointment booked a month in advance for 8:30 a.m. today. The staff were polite, respectful, and professional, so this review is not about their service.nnThe issue is with the booking process and the information provided online. I booked my appointment through the website after reading the information several times, and nowhere was it made clear that this location could not process my passport renewal. I only found out when I arrived that I needed to go to the passport office in Saint-Dorothée instead.nnI work full-time and carefully planned this appointment well in advance. It's frustrating to lose that time because the website lacks clear information about which locations can actually provide passport services. I hope Service Canada updates its website and booking system so people can book the correct location the first time and avoid unnecessary delays.

I want to sincerely thank her for the outstanding service she provided. She was cordial, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. Her kind attitude and efficiency made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to see such sincere commitment to helping clients—thank you, Ms. Anna, for your excellent support!

Absolutely useless. Lost my file 3X....miscommunication among staff were unprofessional very rude. Don't listen to your needs. One star is too good..
