I went on Friday of this week, I was attended by a lady named Catherine V. From the first moment she was very kind and explained everything well in English.nI was nervous because I recently arrived in Quebec as an international student and I did not have good expectations about the attention and support because of the comments left by other people. But in my experience, thanks to Ms. Catherine V., the support and attention was pleasant.

I went there for my kids passeport . I waited inside for more than an hour and when I talked to the lady she told me we have finished for today and the time was 3:30 … she told me I had three passeports and we can’t serve you . I was very disappointed and angry I told them they should change the way they deal with people abd it was the first and last time I went there

If you need a passport don’t ever go there, they take your application but it’s can take forever to get, cause it’s not their jobnGo passport service at Marcel-Laurin or at Saint Dorothéenyou will get maximum in two weeks or at the same day if you pay the extra fee

Went here for my husband’s passeport. The lady at the reception march 7 at about 2pm was extremely rude. She was yelling at my husband and I. She humiliated us in front of everyone. This is the worst service we ever had. we were unfairly treated.

November 24th 2022 around 12:40 pm - To my biggest surprise no waiting time at all!nI just walked in and talked to the friendly guard and to the friendly and professional front desk person. After just a few minutes my case was handled by agent Anna.nnShe was extremely helpful, fast and professional. All done very fast giving me all details and photocopies. Five stars to her!nThank you Anna!nnFor your info, it was about an OAS application, and was very fast, but it was the same for other people for waiting for passports as well, no waiting time at all. It seems the Covid19 crisis is over.nI hope this helps and you can disregard those negative reviews.
