Laval Passport Canada Office

I've been to this passport office twice sans RV and on both occasions the service I received was impeccable! This office is well organized. The 2nd time I visited there was for an emergency situation and I got my daughter's passport done within 2 hours, yes you heard it right, they issued a passport within 2 HOURS! The staff treated us with empathy and their work is commendable!!!

I came in today for my dad’s passport and i waited almost 2 hours and I didnt mind that until the lady that assisted me was one super rude, didn’t answer to any of my questions and expected me to understand eveything without her even talking to me. And then later on she asked me what are the dates that were signed and i told her the date because my dad forgot to write it and she literally saw me on the phone with my dad and refused to sumbit my application. I came all this way and sat down for 2 hours just to not get sumbmitted for a DATE??? The lady has short red hair with glasses and she was maybe in her 60’s and a white blouse with black dots. DATE: june 2 2024 at 2pm

Very positive experience. Booked an appointment and was served within 5 min.nWhole process took less than 15 min from the beginning of the appointment to the end.nStaff was very courteous and professional.

Had to renew my passport before my trip and was surprised or lucky that everything went quickly with little waiting time. Was able to get my new passport after two weeks.
