Worst "service a la clientele" from Laval... The clerks were talking to each other for 45 minutes and the room was full of people waiting. Plus I had a letter "B", which they didn't call for 1h10.....of course, the break was close....As I recall they were suppose to help people, or at least smile to give the impression they care.....
