I had a great experience at my SAAQ driver’s license appointment. The staff were very professional, polite, and efficient. The process was well organized and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident. I really appreciate how smoothly the appointment went, and I’m grateful for the excellent customer service. Thank you to the Gracia for making this an easy and positive experience! And the security guard at front door with grey hair i give 5 stars to him as well because he was so polite and quick ….thank you!!!! :

Racist government employees. I ask to speak in English. Nope, the lady was rude. Claim that my Ontario driver license is no good when I have my full license and expired 2030. And I provided all necessary documents. She claim I have to redo my exam. It’s a money grabber idea. The government should come to this location and have the employees investigated wit this practice. Avoid this place, go to another SAAQ.

The place is a dump legit it looks like the place has been frozen in time since the 2000s. Organization is terrible, wait times are atrocious. The instructors are just soulless and bizarre. Had such terrible experience with the first one. Second try I passed had someone who made sense. I don’t know how to explain it but going there was just depressing

Today was the worst experience I had at SAAQ.nMy appointment was scheduled at 3:35pm.nI show up by 3pm.nEverything was ok during the wait time. What really my experience is the agent at the counter number 13 was so rude and had not even smiled once. She seems to be so done with her job.nI mean, there’s something call customer service which was very cold and zero interaction. On top, she’s using her phone to message while serving us.

This was our second visit in order to resolve an issue. We were served by Cynthia, who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us get information about a past license plate sale from several years back. She was with us for a good hour to try to figure out how to get access to a very specific transaction that was required by the insurance company. This is finally settled. Cynthia deserves a raise! Thank you, Cynthia.nnWe showed up a week prior without an appointment and the staff were able to get us an appointment through the online SAAQ website. It can be a hassle to deal with government offices. It's difficult to get the right information on the phone, and even in personwithout an appointment it can be a pain. Especially if you have to take time off work to go handle something. It's best to take an appointment. Trust me!
