Horrible wait times caused by lack of staff. Want to call in? Fourty mins on hold to be then picked up and asked to hold again for another 15 mins. Waiting in line to pay a ticket? I hope you have over an hour planned of wait unless you're very lucky.

Service is so bad.I applied for the agreement of payment. Intentionally, application form was dumped to garbage. Finally, 138$ come up to 202$ with driving license suspended. Communication with Citizens are French. This is their law. No justice over their. I tried to avoid to pay extra penalties due to their ignorance but failed.

At first it was going well. My court date today April 5, 2017 and April Fools came late at me. I'm very respectful of the officers and the law generally. I always make eye contact with the police officers and smile at them. But who cares about all that. I mean if I were to mention that to the judge she would be upset st me for wasting time if the court of law. My school bus ticket I will have to pay now plus the court fees. At least now I don't feel like I have wasted anyone's time as I'm paying for it all. I rated my date today a one-star because I want to show respect to the judge who was there. Unfortunately my truth and being a respectful citizen didn't win me my case. I know for a fact that what happened according to the police officer didn't happen. And my words versus the officer. And no one would bet on me but what I presented to the judge was the absolute truth and now I feel the hand-raising wasn't believable when I said I will say nothing but the truth. I did not pass the school bus and it was moving while I came to a stop. I tried my best to stop as soon as possible and as safe to myself and vehicles around me. I hope the officer deep down realizes that when he said that "the school bus was stopped for two seconds with lights flashing red and the two vehicles passed and one of them being me" he may have been off by a second and that makes all the difference when a vehicle is moving at 60km/h. The officer was not present at first at 9:30am of April 5, 2017. And then he was called to the court later around 10:20am. I'm just upset because I got a fine for an illegal act of traffic I didn't do. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else specially when that someone respects the law. And I also hope the officer, I almost want to mention his name but I haven't cleared up my tickets yet so I'll hold off on doing that, makes "more accurate judgements" when he pulls over a vehicle. That's all and again I rated my experience a 1-star to show respect to the law.

My experience is very positive, the quality of service has improved a lot. They are fast and efficient, the same is true of the other municipal services of the city of Laval.
