November 24th 2022 around 12:40 pm - To my biggest surprise no waiting time at all! I just walked in and talked to the friendly guard and to the friendly and professional front desk person. After just a few minutes my case was handled by agent Anna. She was extremely helpful, fast and professional. All done very fast giving me all details and photocopies. Five stars to her! Thank you Anna! For your info, it was about an OAS application, and was very fast, but it was the same for other people for waiting for passports as well, no waiting time at all. It seems the Covid19 crisis is over. I hope this helps and you can disregard those negative reviews.

Went here for my husband’s passeport. The lady at the reception march 7 at about 2pm was extremely rude. She was yelling at my husband and I. She humiliated us in front of everyone. This is the worst service we ever had. we were unfairly treated.

Top notch service. It's a pleasure to watch the security agent explain the passport procedures to everyone. He's keeping everyone calm. They also have one agent outside verifying everyone's forms in line to make sure no documents are missing. Its way more efficient than passport office that were completely lost and disorganized.

Only accepts applications with PROOF of travel so they expect you to purchase your tickets prior to applying?! Had to go to another office to submit passport application and the estimated receipt date is February! The pandemic excuse is wearing thin.

I've visited this place three times... Fast and there is any long wait line like others. Parking is free that's a plus if you live in Montreal, but close to Laval - Believe me. No appointment is required such Biometric's service requested for the IRCC.

Unreasonable waiting time. Waited for 2 hours. They gave me wrong information and referred me to wrong place. Unprofessional and misinformed staff. I received the same service at service Canada in Montreal in less than 10 minutes.

Service was fast. I just had the worst experience with an agent named Jessica she was full of attitude and kept cutting me off as I was speaking.

Showed up at 8:45 out by 9:00. Fast and very friendly.
