I've always had a great experience here. Whether it's food or drinks they have always been willing to work with my allergy. Staff is friendly and fast to get you in and out.Food: 5/5

Over all, very well designed, access is tight. Service is exceptional, quick and proffesional, excellent food, nice selection, fresh and tasty. The owner runs the business, no fuss or muss. Only comment is the business is still offering a lot of disposable wrapping, utensils and containers; have recycling in place. Would recommend this as a destination meeting coffee ship.

Stopped in for a coffee and snack. All was decent. Place could use a face-lift. I would suggest asking for coffee extra hot as mine was just warm. Don't believe pastries are made fresh there...have a pre-made taste to them. But I could be wrong?? I'd go back if asked, but would probably pick some where else that's more comfortable to spend time.

Quiet, nice place to relax. Staff are wonderful. Coffee is always hot and ready for you. I enjoy going there once in a while. Parking: Just across from the view royal casino as well as burger king Wheelchair accessibility: It's all on level ground lots of parking all the way around the building easy access to get in and out.

Delicious food, kind and nice staffs. Kids love this place.

Went in this morning 2022 -07-06 and got a coffee, staff was really nice. Went to go add cream to my coffee and a silverfish bug came out of the cream! Really disgusting. I got a refund and they apologized but I wont be going back every again.

When you walk in to Serious Coffee you are greeted by the wonderful fragrance of rich, full bodied coffee. And this from someone who doesn't even like coffee!! Their tea is very good too. I am a Starbucks client and if I am honest Starbucks never smells as enticing as this place does. The coffee shop was clean, well marked to assist in the flow of customers. The Barista was pleasant and they have an outdoor patio. So all in all a very enjoyable visit.

This is a great place to enjoy a coffee and a snack. It is convenient to the highway with good parking. I meet my friend here often. We can always find a place to talk. Very good coffee with great serviceFood: 4/5
