This place gets very busy, but it is conveniently located for platforms 1-5 and underground. A bit hit and miss for food quality. Also, a bit hit and miss for quality of service. If there's a small wait then handy to get food takeaway for a train. I always find supplementing a meal with the Wrap of the Day is good value.Food: 3/5
It was busy evening after work I quickly grabbed my cupa and medium fries. The guys were so quick and very patient and polite
Abysmal, avoid unless you like getting a mystery bag of items that aren't what you ordered. The staff didn't comprehend basic English, they got my order wrong, and tried to charge the customer next to me for items he'd already paid for. I had to ask for a receipt. Napkins were not provided.Food: 2/5
Ordered a bacon and egg mcmuffin, coffee and hash brown. The muffin contained egg and cheese but no bacon. Luckily the coffee contained coffee and the hash brown had hash brown so not a total disaster. Would recommend for any vegetarians who might get tempted by bacon. Vegetarian options: You might order meat but probably won't get it so perfect if you get tempted.
Says on Google it’s open till 0030 but the station closes all the exits at 00.00 so you can’t even get to mcds. And now I’ve ordered online and made the walk to pick up for no reason
They do not accept orders made by the app. For those you need to go to McDonald's between platform 13 and 15 on the first floor. Having the app working there would be so helpful, as on the way to the train I could potentially make an order and pick up, I stead of waiting to make.an order and pick up my food. Wheelchair accessibility: It's in the ground-floor as all trains.
Wouldnt even give maccies a 1 star. The staff are extremely rude. I waited 20 minutes to order my food and even long to collect!. When I came to collect my food. The staff member didnt even put the correct dips and didnt even offer me a straw, then had the audacity to make a sarcastic comment.Food: 2/5
The McDonald’s in the station is ok, Just people push in the queue to be served first. Really old style McDonald’s food was served really quick but was cold. No seating area. So have to sit in the concourse. The better McDonald’s is upstairs in Victoria place in my opinion.
The place was nice, quick, and nice staff. I am not a big fan of McD but went there due to the other place not wanting to serve you. All in all it was nice.Food: 5/5
Was told we couldn't order. Website says open til midnight, not even 11pm! Clearly not a customer focused restaurant
