Second Cup

Rude staff. Dirty. When I asked for a receipt after I realized I did not get one. The staff made me wait for the whole store (7 transactions later) to be checked out before giving me one. When I kindly asked another staff member. “Please can I have my receipt?!” The other staff (filipino girl) member yelled “she’s going to have to wait!” Turned my appetite upside down. If you don’t want to work there quit. Never will I step foot in this store ever. Disgrace! I should go to Starbucks next time. Plus the food tasted horrible.

What a disgrace!. Ordered an egg sandwhich and asked for it to be toasted. They put it in the microwave!!? So of course it was mushy. Egg has no salt in it so it was tasteless. Asked for salt and pepper, didn't have any!! Had to pay eight dollars for it. Then wanted six dollars for a fruit drink. I'm not stingy but I will not be ripped off. Lost my custom!

Yet another disappointment. Very rude Philippine waitress. Very poor service.

Cappucino was good. Red velvet cake was frozen and so not fresh. Customer service was below par as barista behaved like she is forced to work there. Would give it a skip next time as there are other coffee options in the mall.
