Aroma Espresso Bar

The reason why I’m giving a 2 is because the first time I came to this location everything was fine, the second time (today) was a nightmare! I ordered the warm chicken salad and portobello mushroom sandwich and I ended up with a chicken sandwich instead. I kindly told the lady and she said “no you ordered this one” my friend was beside me when I ordered and told her I had ordered that. She said “well no I didn’t hear you say that”.. so she rudely takes it away and I’m charged for the 55c difference for the mistake THEY made. Anyways, the mushroom sandwich comes and it’s mussing the feta, so I go tell her. Also they had made me a regular aroma instead of aroma light and when I told her they took it from me then gave me the same one after.... ridiculous.

Aroma is my favorite go-to chain but this location is just terrible in terms of service and the food. They always get your order wrong or forget. The service here sucks and employees aren't friendly at all. They got one of my orders wrong and although they made me a new salad, they didn't look like they cared at all to even look sorry about it. For the amount of money you're spending, it's not worth it here. The correct salad I got didn't even taste fresh. So mediocre and not what I expect from Aroma... avoid this location.

Worst Sandwich Ever, Horrible Customer Service (SQUARE ONE LOCATION - PLEASE AVOID!!! YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!!!) If I could give a zero star rating I would. I bought a half tuna sandwich. There was NO dressing whatsoever in it. It was horrible, dry, the bread was hard, and the worst part was I paid $7.20 for this! Tried calling the store several times however no one was able to pick up the phone and they do not have voicemail in this day and age. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Poor customer service. Waiting to place my order and they see you standing there and even look at you, but do nothing. Should've walked away but I stayed and when I made eye contact she came over. I then received a 3/4 full pistachio latte which was almost $7 for a small??? Will not be going back to this location again...not too mention they had 2 large garbage bags sitting at the front which were in the way.

Love this place. Great location. Variety of choices. Baked goods are good!
