Second Cup

So one must wonder why second cup stores have been closing down around GTA or even worst, turning into Starbucks. Its the unfriendly staff. No greetings, no courtesy, no Please, no thank you. The attitude is literally, leave me alone and get out of my face. Sadly, this isn't the only second cup with such problem. Go to near by Starbucks, you'll see the difference.

The place is ok, slow service, bad seating arrangements, not clean, average coffee. Ok place to study. They need more comfortable seating that would allow both parties to be comfortable at the same time. Please clean the bathroom. Lastly, put a smile on your face. Don’t be so grumpy. ;$)))))

Great Atmosphere. Staff could be warmer but overall a good experience.

This Second Cup is severely unorganized. The staff here don't communicate with eachother and have no clue who's order belongs to who. They keep on asking questions to each other, like "what is this?" or "Who's cup is this for?" The equipment that they use here to make the coffee and other speciality drinks are not geared toward high volume fast paced environments. It's more geared towards home use. Service is so slow I waited for. A good 7 minutes prior to someone helping me, and there were only 1 person infront of me. White chocolate that costed me 3 times.the amount compared to. Tim Hortons? No thanks.

Excellent service , the server came to our table and also offered to take the empty cups away. The tea and smoothie were also top notch
