Story

Come hang out at the Studio 89 cafe! It's not your average cafe! To begin with, we're actually a Non-Profit Organization.

We try to be all sorts of awesome by providing fair trade, organic, bird-friendly and rain forest certified coffee, and by providing other ethical and yummy treats and products! Vegan & Gluten-free? Got you covered! (Check out Our Menu at studio89.org) We are committed to making conscious consumerism affordable and accessible.

The money you spend in Studio 89 goes towards the functioning of our artademic resource centre and free youth programming. Also, we are a free community space for events. Game nights, documentary nights, professional panels, mock trials, murder mysteries, yoga - sometimes fun, sometimes educational, sometimes both, we have something for everyone to enjoy! History
Established in 2014.

Studio.89 is a social purpose enterprise of the youth led Non-Profit Organization YTGA (Youth Troopers for Global Awareness). YTGA has been empowering and mobilizing young people for social justice in the city of Mississauga since 2006.

I like that they are non profit.Cute cafe with great quotes and options to eat! Even though the cafe is within an apartment building it looks super cool from the outside and inside. I hope they had menus for like people to read Like maybe eco friendly ones rather than board, it was pretty in convincing for elder people other than it’s a great place to!!!
I love this place . I live in the area but never knew it exists , once I visited I fell in love with the environment and offering . I’m going again today . Coffee and croissants are great. I haven’t tried the rest but I’m sure it will be great . Hopefully will try today . Prices are reasonable and realistic. Went again today and got the croissants sandwich with egg and cheese . Yummy ! The late with oat milk it’s amazing too . Keep it up guys
Overall the vibe is superb, the staff is amazing.nIt’s the best place in the entire surrounding for casual meetings and to catch up with friends.nPerhaps a very good place if you want to sit with your laptop and work alone.nThis place serves excellent organic coffee but black only.nFood I just had some chocolate brownie it was okay and the banana bread was 3/5 .nI can go there again and again for their coffee and the wonderful staff.nFood is not my type All Vegan thoughnlove the idea of fair trade and organic which they are promoting.
One of the best vegan cafes in the neighborhood. I love their options for vegan snacking, as well as their hot and cold drinks. They have a very versatile seating arrangement that includes options for playing board games when you're with a larger crowd.nnThe ambiance is the best part. It's the perfect spot for coffee dates, game nights, team meetings, working, and reading.
The message and theme of this cafe is commendable for its message and support of important social topics.nnThe service was amazing and beyond helpful. They get 100 stars all day !!!nnThe drinks like the lattes, chai tea etc. were expertly made. You have your choice of many non dairy options as well. They were all delicious . The booked goods are yummy and memorable.nnThey also have rave reviews for their soups and hot lunch items. Many people here were enjoying them.nnThe atmosphere is calm, eclectic with community vibes.nnThere are communal tables and comfy seating with places to plug in your laptops.nnHappy eats everyone
