Seascape Waterfront Resort

Seascape was a beautiful escape for me, without having to go far, travelling from Victoria bc. Reasonable prices, for an exceptional experience. I loved having my own kitchen to cook in, then sit out on my own patio and just enjoy the zen of the bay. Hard to compare which was more beautiful- sunset or sunrise... I was in awe the whole time and so happy to witness the majestic setting. Staff were helpful and kind. I felt welcomed and they helped with any questions or needs I had. I loved their suggestions of outings etc. Clean, spacious, ambiance, friendly. An awesome getaway.

Our dive club stayed here with 8 people. The manager was great. He let us use the common area for social time, set up a drying rack for our gear and brought us down a bbq to use. We went scuba crabbing and caught dinner in the bay out front. Accommodations were clean and cozy and the beds were comfy too. We will be back! We dove with Pacific pro diving. They picked us up from the dock out front. Very convenient.

Had a great stay recently, love how the renovations are coming, major props to the new ownership and management team, can't wait to see how it looks this spring!

Me and my fiancé and our friends took a trip to quadra and stayed here. It was an amazing trip and stay!! The owner took us on a boat trip to a lovely restaurant and a very beautiful spot to go swimming! The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We went kayaking and exploring around the island!! This place is a great place to stay!!

BEWARE NO CANCELLATIONS NO EXCEPTIONS! This summer I desperately needed moorage in CR to visit a friend who had suddenly landed in the hospital. I usually stay at Discovery Harbor Marina when in CR, but they were full up since I called on short notice. I called this guy and reserved 5 days which cost almost $500. Shortly after making the reservation the situation changed dramatically and I no longer needed the moorage. So, I called less than 1 hr 40 minutes later to cancel. His response was "we do so many reservations that we don't have time to process cancellations." What?? According to my credit card company he had not even charged my card yet so all he had to do was not charge the card. I tried reaching him repeatedly to discuss this further with him and he kept avoiding me over the next several days. Finally sent me a text saying that they had a NO REFUND POLICY with NO EXCEPTIONS. This is not listed on their website or anywhere else I can find. In any case, I kindly asked him to consider refunding my payment. He refused to do so after numerous texts back and forth. Finally, I gave up and called my credit card company and disputed the charge. After 3 months and several attempts on his part to rebut my dispute it was finally resolved in my favor. But, not after great effort on his part to keep my money. So, if you're going to stay here beware that if your circumstances change for any reason whatsoever (change of plans, weather, mechanical breakdown, etc) he's going to try very hard to keep your money. Doesn't really seem like the kind of biz that is based upon meeting customer needs and garnering customer loyalty, good will, and word of mouth. Rather, they're gonna try to keep your money whether they've earned it or not. that this biz is now owne I have stayed many times at Discovery Harbor Marina over the last 20 years and had wonderful experiences there. They are very polite, helpful, and flexible. They usually send a couple of guys to help you dock and they offer to take your garbage after you're tied up. I'd highly recommend them over this place. ALSO, note that the same owner owns Coast Discovery Marina with the same no refund policy. One of my 5 nights was actually booked at Seascape the other 4 at Coast Discovery. He would not refund either portion IN RESPONSE to the owners response. They may not be open, but it certainly didn't prevent the owner from selling me 1 night moorage at this location since he was full at Coast Discovery Marina the first night. And, it didn't stop him from trying to keep my money when I cancelled.
