Comfort Inn & Suites, Campbell River

We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites for a family visit and had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Loved the West Coast designs, including the mirrors surrounded by wood. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay.nnThe kids especially loved the pool, and it was a great way to unwind after our busy days. Breakfast was included and had a good variety—something for everyone in the family to enjoy. There are also several breakfast places nearby - we ate at Miki's Western Breakfast right next store. It was delicious.nnThe location was very convenient, close to everything we needed, and the parking was easy. Overall, it was a stress-free, comfortable stay that made our family trip that much smoother. We’ll definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel in Campbell River! Central walking distance to everything you need, you can see the passage right from the hotel and from your room if you book an oceanview which we did not, breakfast is included, and they have a pool and hot tub.nnWe had a room on the third floor and everything was great. If we ever find ourselves back in Campbell River, we would definitely set up here as home base.

This is the kind of hotel where everything is great. The check in was smooth, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the room clean. There was a nice sunset view. The breakfast was very complete. The location was good, with food options and a laundromat nearby.

We stayed here as a family for two nights and booked two rooms 404-406. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.nnOne person who truly made our stay exceptional was Andrew. On our second day, we experienced an issue with our room keys, and Andrew stepped in without hesitation. His response was immediate, and he handled the situation with an impressive level of professionalism, urgency, and care. Knowing we were in a rush, he personally took the stairs to assist us directly—something he didn’t have to do, but chose to, simply because he genuinely wanted to help. He remained calm, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire interaction, turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a moment of excellent service.nnAndrew went far beyond simply doing his job. He showed patience, clear communication, and a level of personal dedication that left a lasting impression on all of us. He truly cared about our experience, and his kindness and work ethic were felt in every interaction we had with him.nnWe also want to sincerely thank Harsh, the manager on duty, who was just as supportive and involved. She didn’t hesitate to step in and help, providing excellent leadership and ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Harsh’s calm, confident presence and collaborative approach added a sense of reassurance, and it was clear she truly cares about her team and the guests. Her active participation alongside Andrew showed strong leadership and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.nnAdditionally, the housekeeping team did an outstanding job—our rooms were consistently clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh, well-prepared options to start each day.nnThanks to Andrew, Harsh, the housekeeping team, and the entire staff for their incredible hospitality. We felt truly cared for, and their dedication made our stay memorable. We look forward to returning again on our next visit.

Normally stay at Coast for work but they were booked and Comfort Inn made sure they were same rate and had availability. Staff was great at check in and check out K, James and Baljeet there was pool and hot tub and breakfast was tasty. Will be coming here from now on and will tell my colleagues.
