Sears

The guy working at the merchandise pick up was rude with bad attitude. I went to pick up the orders but just happen that I lost the payment credit card, I ask if I can prove the order with other form of identification such as ID, credit card statement, address, or anything that you need. But was told that I should read the pick up email which says I need to have my credit card when pick up. I'm upset about the situation of losing card, not able to pick up the order after going through traffic to store, but his attitude is making it worst. At the end, I had to cancel the orders and customer service will not credit me back the points I used to purchase the order. Just a horrible experience, I'm done shopping at Sears!

The place give great offers. Only thing is you need to watch out for the offer though

To say terrible would be an understatement. Where do I even begin? Got excited to see all the sales only to get up to the register and have half the stuff I picked out not ring up on sale & then not have them honor the sale price? CHECK YOUR SALES RACKS ESPECIALLY if you're not going to honor it. And to top it all off, maybe you should teach your employees some customer service skills because this gal was completely dull. Pretty sure then only thing she said was 'phone number?' & 'uh I'll go check' & you could barely even hear her because she must mumbled under her breath when she said it. I was with my mom at the time of check out and she tried to ask if she had any shop your way points (she had already slid her card at this point) she told her that it had to be done before slidding her card. Um well then, why didn't you say something before. Awful awful awful.

Very rude. Bad attitude. Bad customer Service. When you do retail your suppose to be lovely to the guest and help them as much as you can. Only because you had a bad day doesn't mean you have to show your customers. Show some respect please.
