Nordstrom Rack Bellevue Lincoln Square

If I could give Zero stars I would. Terrible experience and the Manager did not make it any better but in fact made it worse. I don not enjoy being spoken down too and or making a store / management issue on their stores part on me / or a consumer. A bit elitist and the bad part was she lied and was NOT right! Terrible Customer service. Did not solve anything but made a situation worse. By reading other reviews on her and her store I am not surprised...

Had a great experience, as expected. I think this person ranting twice under two different names has been reading too many trump tweets. Both times Nordstrom reps have reached back to respond, hopefully this person got it resolved and was able to experience the world class service Nordstrom is known for.

Let me tell you. I have never seen/ heard of a worse store manager. Meet their store manager After reading multiple reveiews of this store this needs to be addresed. My cousin works for the lincoln square rack and has told me multiple horror stories about how their store manager Tori has insulted employees, made employees quit, and uses demeaning remarks when refering to employess, and doesnt care about her store at all. She treats the employees like absolute dirt, and I’ve personally seen her reduce an employee to tears out on the sales floor when I was shopping for handbags. This woman is truley a nightmare and Nordstrom should really remove her, unless thats the kind of people they want running their store. I wish this thing had 0 stars because thats what I would give them.
