THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!!!! I spoke to a total of 42 customers after suspecting an issue with their service and every individual echoed the same problem. Some of their comments included: Kris: “I walked around for 1hr trying to find someone, and the only person I talked to was a vendor that said she couldn’t help.” Andreah: “We have been waiting in these chairs for someone to show up for over an hour” Elrik: “My wife has been holding 8 dresses ready to buy and we haven’t seen a single human being in the entire mall that works at Nordstrom” The other said the exact same thing. We all left, which I assume has lost them over $10k
My husband and I are first time parents and we drove up to Bellevue 2 hour driveto shop for a baby stroller and baby items. When we stepped into the baby department we were greeted by Sara. She was knowledgeable, professional, kind and the list goes on. She showed and explained how to use the stroller and car seat. My husband is not a big in store shopper and he was beyond impressed with the service. We left with lots of knowledge and extremely happy. We will definitely continue shopping in the baby department for our future purchases. Thank you again Sara!
Not the best location of this popular Northwest high end retail clothing store. Having visited many location in the US and Canada I frankly find this one below the mark. Recently they have started remodeling, but oddly not to the standards of other locations. Still it exceeds in quality of products offered compared to other competitors in the area.
I always like to shop in this place. The staff helps you out most of the time and they have a great selection of clothing and attire overall. The reason for not a 5 star is that the staff did not help me this time, and they definitely did not look like they were busy to the point where they were not capable of not acknowledging my wife and I are the least. The only ones that greeted and asked if we needed assistance were the younger looking staff. The more older looking staff around the suit and formal attire area were not customer service driven as other staff. I needed help mostly due to my first time shopping for a good looking suit and coat. The other side of that area I received help from an older woman and me and my wife left happy after her assistance.
Allie helped us in the women’s department today while my daughter was on a power shop excursion looking for RUSH outfits on a time limit. She was ever so helpful! Thank you, Allie! We found most of what needed right there. And she helped us order one in the smaller size we needed.

My friend and I came in to buy a specific pair of shoes that was in stock at this location. when we came in, an older blonde woman was incredibly rude and dismissive, and repeatedly told me that the shoes we were asking for didn’t exist, despite us clearly describing the shoes and seeing them on the shelf and pointing to them. As someone who works in retail, her customer service was unacceptable.
I have been a loyal customer of Don Elfalan at the Nordstrom in Bellevue, Washington for years, and I can confidently say that he is a mythical creature with great powers when it comes to helping people select the perfect suit. His attention to detail and ability to understand exactly what I am looking for is unparalleled. I have always struggled with finding suits that fit my body type and style, but Don has always managed to find the perfect options for me. He has a keen eye for fashion and an innate sense of what will look good on his clients. But Don's talents don't stop there. He has a warm and welcoming personality that puts his clients at ease, making the process of finding the right suit a enjoyable and stress-free experience. I can't recommend Don enough. If you are in the market for a new suit, do yourself a favor and visit him at the Nordstrom in Bellevue. You won't be disappointed!
I ordered a pair of shoes online and pick up at the bellevue store. I went twice to check if the shipment arrived. Finally they told me that the shipment got lost. I was so disappointed because I have been waiting for it to go to my trip next day. The customer service is getting worse and they don’t even refund me with cash. I felt Nordstrom is getting close to macy’s customer service level. I am sorry.
I love Nordstrom but lately the Bellevue Location same day curbside Pick-up is non existence. I will order at 7AM for same day but will not get notifications until the next day. Also they will cancel your order and wait a whole day to notify you that they don’t have the products when online says available. No apologies at all or at least fix your mistakes. I have no problem with Downtown or Southcenter location, it is only happening in Bellevue Square location. So Again, after waiting the whole day yesterday and now I have a notification that one item is canceled cause it is no longer available but it was available yesterday and went in to see for myself to make sure all products are there. The other items is being moved on the 15th and it is now almost noon time the next day and still the orders are not ready for pick up. they are quick to take your money and they will take time to return it.
