Nordstrom Rack Factoria Mall

If you enjoy being treated like a criminal this is the place for you! Don’t go here dressed casual or wearing anything other than your Sunday best or they will have employees and security following your every move like you are shoplifting. I used to be a very loyal Nordstrom’s customer, never stole anything, but will absolutely never return after my experience last week.

You can't beat Nordstrom for customer service and superior products! I prefer to purchase my shoes from Nordstrom because I know I can return them if necessary without paying any shipping. Nordstrom is very fair and will match a price if they can and so shopping with them is a definite win-win! Love them!

Factoria Rack has always been one of the top go to’s for brand name items at discounted prices. I haven’t been to two new ones, but this is the store I go to when I want great items.

Talk to the associates... Tell them what you're looking for, and they're really helpful! Note that almost all the men's shirts are slim fit... If you have a svelte physique like me, you will definitely find a shirt with a perfect fit! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted (slim fit white button down with a semi-casual weave to dress up or down), and left 100% satisfied. Quality is very high and price is mid tier, so the value is definitely there. The kids section is full of bargains!

I love shopping their website but really hate going to the store. It always feels like it's a cluster you know what. I should acknowledge I've always had great customer service from the associates. However the checkout, and return process is where I have issues. The lines are so long, and the system is not very efficient. I appreciate that you have the checkout stations located throughout the store, but when you have a whole basket of items that's not very helpful. I really do like Nordstrom company and know they will work hard to improve. Thanks.
