I returned a special black flat that I just loved after wearing 2 weeks. The soul was not molded properly? Elna heard my plea that I wanted the exact shoe, she popped out of no where asked me what size and in 4 mins she had me a new pair. Pat at the counter was so helpful as well and Patrick the manager even chimed in to see that I was happy. I was wow'ed by all three. I say AMAZING to all three of them, thank you so much. You made my month with a great pair of flats that I wear to work!

Great prices. Not always well organised. It must be hard to keep up with the rummaging of many including me. Great for gifts.
