Just like every over review I have had a terrible experience every single time I go into this branch and would strongly suggest against opening an account with Scotia. The General Manager Isabel Kirtzinger is one of the rudest and most incompetent employees I have ever delt with. My one and only interaction with her was so bad that I closed all of my accounts with Scotia as there was no way I would continue to invest with a company that would allow a unqualified person like that run their store. As many of the other reviews state Isabel Kirtzinger is unprofessional, unhelpful, unfriendly, and not someone you’d like to have help you with your banking.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The Manager has a bad attitude & has no intention on helping which is obviously why some of the staff are the same Will be moving all our banking & mortgages away.

I can not express how poor my experience is every single time I use this branch. There are so many things I could comment on but I dont have that kind of time because I wasted it standing in line at your bank. The most recent experience was watching a manager or supervisor middle aged woman with brown hair yelling at the one single teller behind the counter with a line up of roughly 20 people. Instead of chastising the young man trying to do his best she could hop behind one of the other computers and help customers move the line along. This kind of authoritarian leadership is dated and ineffective much like the woman manager using this technique that day.

The Manager or Supervisor at this branch is just awful. Rude and impatient. As a senior and a 50 year member of this community I would appreciate a little more curtousy. Last time I was in line for 1/2 an hour and when it was finally my turn I was rudly ushered to the ATM by whoever was in charge that day women in her 50's with darker hair

I don’t know who the blonde is there. She says she’s the manager. I sure hope not. Second time encountering her and second time horrible service, horrible experience, horrible customer service, horrible demeanour, the most rudest woman I’ve encountered in a very long time and to be the face a very great financial institution is very disappointing. I truly love Scotiabank but I’m now thinking of changing banks due to them hiring someone like her in a position like that. Wow. They really should think about their customers. She should be in a back office or send her for some training to deal with public. Unbelievable and I was in a real great mood today. Etch a sketch that moment. Ugh
