TD Canada Trust

I’ve been with this TD branch for about 7 years and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The staff are always welcoming, respectful, and quick to help no matter what I need. Whether it’s everyday banking or bigger financial questions, they’ve always guided me in the right direction. It really feels like they value long-term customers, and that’s why I keep coming back.

After a frustrating experience trying to sort out my expired card online and over the phone - where I was told I’d have to go into a branch more than two hours away - I was ready to give up on TD altogether. Thankfully, I met Jose at the KLO branch. He was incredibly helpful, apologetic, and truly understood the frustrations I’d been through. Jose went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and care completely turned my experience around. He’s a real asset to TD!

Ida is a teller who was clearly expressing I'm not welcome in the bank, when I came to pay my mortgage, if not a young guy who was helping me, I'd be sent back and asked to come back on Tuesday. Her attitude needs to be more amicable, otherwise nobody wants to come to this bank anymore. Just letting you know.

Honestly, this branch is always slow and expect to wait at least 30 to 40 mins for service. All of the other TDs are efficient, unfortunately not this one.

I applied for a pre approval mortgage 15 days ago. I have been bounced from 1 financial adviser to another then back to the first one. I sent 3 emails in the last week to try and figure out if they are even working on it. No reply . I have been with TD for over 35 years and have had three mortgages from them but I have never seen such lack of respect before. I am out of country so it makes it even more frustrating. I think the big green chair has been thrown out.
