Edit: The tellers at this branch are always very courteous/friendly and professional. I would have switched banks already if it weren't for that. However, I find it annoying that they have no weekend hours, meaning that one has to take time off work to go there if they need service. I also could not give this branch 5 stars just because of the call centre service which is not up to par with other call centres/banks in the country (I know that's not the branch's fault, but still - nobody likes getting disconnected after 10 minutes of being on the phone for no reason, about 50% of the time that one calls!). Anyway, thanks for the good service at the front desk. Cheers, Nick

I have to say that they were very professional when I was there. They set me up very quick for an appointment. After that, the person who met me, was trying to help me as much as it could and without any rush. They also called me a couple of times after we had met. I do not have any complains.

Branch manager told me I wasn't a scotiabank client because I got my mortgage with scotiabank through a mortgage broker so refused to help me, was condescending and rude to both myself and my mortgage broker. Scotiabank added $11 000 to my purchase price for improvements, verified the work was done, added the $11 000 to the amount I pay on my mortgage every month, adds interest to it and yet refuses to release the money. So they have stolen the money. $11 000 STOLEN from me.

went there for a secure visa card . wanted to make an appointment to gain a better understanding of the process. some guy was standing behind the teller ( the manager or a finacle adviser) he was eating a apple . and began to tell me I was hopeless ... unbelievable service and rude . I couldn't understand why he had such a arrogant attitude towards me .he even begin to read my account info behind the thr tellers back ... I just asked for.my.debit card and left ...
