Staff is nice enough, but I have never gone in and gotten the issue resolved in one trip. I’ve had to go in twice and then also call customer service every time.

If there was a horrible star, I would press it. The staff here completely mishandled my sick mother's request to access her money. They promised me it would take three days to transfer her money. Six months passed and nothing. There was always another form to fill out. Copies were misplaced. And then she died. She was never able to gift or spend her money. It was truly horrid service.
