I've waited three months to receive a final statement for an RRSP loan I had with this company. They got the money I got to make phone calls looking for a final statement. I would not likely used them again. Regular banks have better customer service and thats saying something because its lowering the expectation bare really low.

Stay away!!! Too bad there is no minus stars, horrible experience, they kept delaying the process, kept asking for more and more senseless paper work for them to cancel the deal ON CLOSING DAY! Do yourself a favour and stay awayfrom them, you don't need this type of headache.
In addition, we already had everything signed with the lawyer, not to mention that it was a couple weeks before Christmas, way to go B2B.

If there was a zero stars option I would of pick it. Terrible customer service and prehistoric payment plans. Outlandish service charges. I will never deal with this fringe banking cartel.

this company does not provide any kind of service so I am unable to even comment on their lack of service. they don't even deserve a one star but I am unable to rate them a zero with the rim knocked out. I called three times because they are nagging clients for proof of insurance and was unable to connect with anybody. The person kept saying hello and that was it. I don't have time to waste and ask that you get your lousy phone system fixed.

DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE THROUGH B2B "BANK". Worst experience ever, we had a mortgage with Scotia and when it came up to renew B2B had a lower interest rate by .10% so we decided to switch and it has been nothing but a headache since. First, they got the address wrong on the paperwork and when we were signing the papers, I pointed it out that our address was wrong, they said don't worry about it, just scratch it out and put the right address and we will change it... it was never changed. After our mortgage was switched over I received no paperwork and didn't know what was going on, I called and they said they sent the paperwork.... to the wrong address that I pointed out before we even started with them, eventually they fixed the address and we received the paperwork. Second, I had begged them to pay my own property taxes instead of being part of our mortgage payment, they wouldn't let me, they said because they own the majority of the house that they have to make sure they are payed so a lean isn't put on the house by the municipality. I asked 3 times to take care of them myself and they said no. Once we started our mortgage with them I received a tax bill from our municipality, I called B2B and said I got a bill and they are suppose to pay it because its included in my mortgage payments, they said to send them the bill and they would pay it, a month later I received another tax bill with a non-payment notice and interest because the taxes weren't payed. I called them again and they said to send them the bill again so they could pay it. 2 weeks later I received a letter from B2B saying that they payed my property taxes and that I have to send them a cheque for $391 to cover the property taxes…. the property taxes that are included in my mortgage payments to them! Called customer service and got now where. It has been nothing but problems since the beginning and I can’t wait until 5 years is up and I can switch to a real mortgage provider. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH B2B “BANK”.
