this is a great place to send a potential date or loved one out to a romantic setting. Sit and watch the perfect view of the Hood Canal and have a small bite to eat. Definitely a place for lovers and hopeless Romantics

We spent a few hours here checking out the beach and campground for a place to bring the kids in the summer as it's only 40 minutes from home. The location is definitely beautiful, with awesome views of the Olympics and Hood Canal. That bring said, the beach area seemed really small (probably larger during low tide) and I imagine in the summer it gets quite busy, making it a not so great place for kids to easily and safely ride their bikes. Still worth the visit

This is a great little park with a good view of the water and the Olympic mountains. The camp area is pretty nice and quite private but in my opinion it is a little expensive, but which park campgrounds aren't getting pricey these days.

Beautiful park with amazing views of the water and mountains. Long beach to walk along looking for seashells. Great for swimming and kayaking. The park area is great for picnics and group gatherings. There is a grilling area, a playground, a volleyball court, horseshoes, and is a nice public restroom. The park also has a huge campsite that is very popular and stays pretty full during the summer so reservations are recommended.

I love this place! My husband and I had a blast. There is so much nature and beauty here.We bought a discover pass here so we can visit park near trails and this state park annually. The park ranger was helpful and gave us lots of helpful information.
