Josh in the deli department deserves five stars and probably his own sandwich named after him. He deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly his own parking spot. He’s always friendly, helpful, and somehow manages to stay positive even during busy rushes. Whether you’re asking for recommendations, ordering something specific, or just standing there trying to decide what to eat, Josh makes the experience enjoyable.nnThanks, Josh, for making grocery shopping a little more fun!

Been shopping at a big box grocery store for decades now yet I decided to continue to shop smart & give my business to a local grocery store as this location. It was so easy and stress free to shop the aisles today and in no time along with the fact lanes were not “traffic jams”where people with grocery carts are waiting to pass as people picking online orders take up space nor ignore people trying to shop. There was a staff member at this location today picking online orders at least one yet she was professional enough to not be in the way of people shopping. Rang my groceries in with Chris M. and he was a delight to chat with while he rang in my order. He even offered to bag my groceries which I’m so not used to. Very helpful and above and beyond excellent customer service ! Many times staff don’t even acknowledge you where I used to shop at. Look forward to continue shopping here for the best grocery store experience. Staff in the store overall make customers feel welcome. This starts with the security guard that you hear singing at times / warmly greets you and gives a friendly good bye to the people at customer service who give a smile or tell you to have a great day :

I had a very disappointing experience at Save-On-Foods recently.nMy friend and I were in a hurry, so we quickly went to the bakery section, grabbed a couple of cheesecake slices, and headed straight to self-checkout. I completed the transaction carefully, waited until it showed “approved,” took the receipt, and we started heading out since we were already late.nAs we were leaving, one of the employees gave me a strange look. I didn’t think much of it and even politely said we were in a rush while passing by. However, after I got to my car, the same employee came outside and called me back in a very unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful manner.nShe told me my transaction hadn’t gone through and took my receipt. I had already double-checked it at the machine and was confident the payment was successful. When I looked at the receipt again, it clearly showed the transaction was approved. After I pointed this out, she checked her system again and then said it was a “misunderstanding.”nWhat I found unacceptable was being approached and treated like I had done something wrong without proper verification. It felt very accusatory and based on assumption rather than facts. If there was any doubt, it should have been confirmed internally before confronting a customer in that way.nI’ve been living here for 8 years and have never experienced something like this. I understand mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and uncomfortable.nI hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained to handle such situations with more care, respect, and proper verification.

While we were traveling, we stopped by this grocery store for the first time. The food quality was good, with fresh-looking fruits and vegetables, but I was honestly shocked by the prices. The produce was noticeably more expensive than expected, especially for fruits and vegetables.

Last week I went to this Save on Foods and I had trouble finding where the international aisle was. Her name is Rhea and she was so kind and helped me so much. Great customer service, she should get a raise!
