Cupcakes

Would love to give a negative if possible. Your shop is ridiculous in customer service. It was only 4.30pm and the shop closes at 6pm. They did not want to put some cupcakes together and add some icings and make a cake.....REASON??? ...we have shiwched the machine and the circle base is not there.........so lazy staff!I will loose many customer because of your poor attitude towards customer. Onwers of the shop...please wake up!!!

Walked in today to grab a few cupcakes. I've had the cupcakes before and they have been good! I could not believe how DIRTY the store was. Crumbs in the case, floor filthy and overall really run down. It's such a shame because I always enjoyed watching the success of this business. The branding was a bit confusing too. Looks like they are re branding with a few boxes etc but over all very odd. I always say soap is cheap so is elbow grease... disappointing-won't be back.

I don't need to comment on their poor customer service. Customers can see "one star" rating all the way. Please close the shop if you don't want to serve your customers.I feel you guys don't deserve to be in this industry altogether!

What a terrible experience. Staff doesn't engage, $14 or 4 cupcakes, got home, they were dried out, old, one was moldy. Safeway ones would have been better. I like supporting small business but this is not worth anyone's time or money.
