A store which is specialized organic food and products. This location is convenient to park, many free parking lot in the shopping area, inside layout is organized and clean, fruit and veggies are fresh, good shopping experience here. Worthy to come here to buy organic things in south surrey.
Parking lot is a bit difficult to figure out, be careful there is a lot of foot traffic and many not paying attention.nInside the store we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of loss leaders available. Make sure you use your scene card to take advantage of the deals and also use the FLIPP app to see all the deals.nWe found the sale item displays a little hard to find, I suspect the lack of open space creates the problem. It took us about 10 minutes to find the Bubly display, and the signage could have been better placed, one small sign was on the display and it fell off.nWe definitely will return for sale items, it's worth the trip to get loss leaders. Customer service is friendly and professional.
Full service premium grocery store. The ambiance is great. There is plenty of parking and good access to the store. There is lots of eye catching sections of the store that features products and produce stocked in the store. The store includes a pharmacy also. The prices of food in the store is okay, but better if you find stuff on sale. The meat department always has a fantastic daily special. There is also a lovely flower shop inside. Thrifty Foods is part of the Sobeys group so you can collect Scene Point. My wife and I like our visit
Very disappointed with the bakery department. My mother had went in a week prior to special order a birthday cake. After filling out the form and discussing it with the person working, she submitted the order. Upon picking up the cake, it was not as discussed at all. Firstly, they did not write “Happy Birthday” on it anywhere - we specifically included happy birthday on the order form. After pointing this out, they said they could only write happy birthday on a piece of ugly cardboard. Secondly, the cake was not at all what was discussed. It seems as if there was an error in communication as my mom had asked for a tiered cake. What we got was a single layer cake. When we asked about this, the employee rudely said that the price of the cake would go up if we added a tier. After telling her we didn’t care about the price, she then advised us that she couldn’t even help us and could not add the tier as discussed.nnThis was seriously the worst experience when it came to buying a cake. It pretty much ruined the birthday - we ended up having to buy a cake from another retailer to make up for it. I don’t understand the point of filling out the order form if it would not be adhered at all. 0/10, would not recommend buying a cake/ordering a cake from this bakery department.
This place is always clean and has a variety of produce and beautiful flowers and great bakery,nAbove all, the baker and cake decorator is amazing, she made me a big beautiful cake with very short notice and it was amazing. Everyone just loved it.nThey also packed it in a way that wouldn't get damaged.nI'm so grateful to her and her team.
