This is specifically just the experience with our check out today.nnVanessa and Elio made my grocery trip such a pleasant experience. Both were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to interact with us rather than just rushing us through the line. Vanessa G was warm and engaging at checkout, and Elio was kind and helpful while bagging my groceries.nnWhat really stood out was the genuine effort they made to connect and create a positive experience. In a time when so many interactions feel rushed and transactional, their friendliness and customer service made a lasting impression. Thank you both for making an ordinary grocery run a little brighter!
A store which is specialized organic food and products. This location is convenient to park, many free parking lot in the shopping area, inside layout is organized and clean, fruit and veggies are fresh, good shopping experience here. Worthy to come here to buy organic things in south surrey.
Full service premium grocery store. The ambiance is great. There is plenty of parking and good access to the store. There is lots of eye catching sections of the store that features products and produce stocked in the store. The store includes a pharmacy also. The prices of food in the store is okay, but better if you find stuff on sale. The meat department always has a fantastic daily special. There is also a lovely flower shop inside. Thrifty Foods is part of the Sobeys group so you can collect Scene Point. My wife and I like our visit
I’ve ordered from this bakery many times over the years and our family has always enjoyed the cakes. Unfortunately, I’ve now had two separate experiences that were very concerning.nnOn two different occasions, we found a hair baked inside the cake, and both times it was in a frozen cake that had come from the factory. We often purchase the frozen cakes, so this was especially disappointing. Finding a hair baked into the cake not just once but twice is extremely off-putting and, frankly, quite disgusting.nnWhen I contacted customer service, I was told the cakes are produced at a factory. That explanation actually raises more concern for me, because it suggests there may be a quality control issue at the production level. For something like this to happen twice makes it hard to believe it’s just an unlucky coincidence.nnI truly hope this complaint is being taken seriously and that the issue has been communicated back to the factory so proper hygiene and quality control measures can be reviewed. We’ve always enjoyed these cakes, and I’d like to feel confident ordering them again in the future.
