A very good place to have nice Punjabi food. We tried their Chana Bhatura, Amritsari Kulcha, Chole Puri, Roti+Shahi Paneer, and Mix Veg Pakoda. Loved everything, except Shahi Paneer. Way too creamy to get any other taste. But otherwise, the rest of the items were amazing - especially Amritsari Kulcha. The service was decent, considering the rush. Reservations are recommended if you are going on a weekend since there is a lot of rush. We had a waiting of about 20 minutes since we didn't make any reservations. The table service was good. They have these robots as well that serve the food on some of the tables. There's limited parking outside but finding a spot can be difficult on a busy day. Definitely recommended. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options in the menu Parking: Limited parking available.
Order- Chole Bhature and stuffed Amritsari Naan. The best Amritsari naam I have had in Canada. It was so nicely stuffed that one wouldnt require chole for the flavour because the curd or raita works just fine. Loved it.
We tried veg thali which has two curries 2 roti/naan, rice, onion, raita and Gulab jamun. We chose Shahi paneer, daal makhni and channa masala. Everything tasted good, rogue was fresh and Gulab jamun were served hot. The only thing that was not upto the mark was doodh pati, it tasted like steeped tea and had too much elaichi added into it.
I am a regular customer for almost 8 years now. Food is excellent and always fresh. Usually very busy restaurant; but its all worth it for the best food in surrey from parathas to chat and vada pav.
The food was pretty amazing we ordered paranthe plate . Mix veg parantha is just amazing. The only reason why i gave four stars is because of the cold coffee with ice cream was not good. And the atmosphere was kind a bummer because of the religious kind a songs or sad songs I dont know what they started playing all of a sudden but it was a mood killer
One of the best street food place in Surrey. Wonder why it has such a low rating. Always on my list whenever I’m in Surrey. Food: 4/5 Perfect chole bhature. Superb coffee. Their bread pakore used to be much better had a paneer slice but are better than other places still. Parantha was decent but not great. The filling had a tad bit more spices for my taste. Ambiance: 4/5 Very clean and upgraded interiors. Has a robot to serve food that seems futuristic. Service: 3/5 The service felt a bit slow. They seemed stretched. But otherwise very friendly and courteous staff.
This place may look different than before and more service criteria’s but the quality of food and service is gone down hill. I found hair in my food last two times and still gave another chance to spend money here but this visit finalised it and I will spend my money else where. Water bottles were filthy and were not even washed or cleaned. There were grease marks from last person who ate on the bottle. One glass had some left over food stuck inside and every time I poured water in other glasses there were things floating around. The dishes I ordered were not fresh. First batch of food came cold. I mean there sare so many things that matter in terms of running a restaurant. This place have lots to learn….

I had a wonderful experience at Satya Asha. As a pure vegetarian, I was thrilled to find a restaurant with such an extensive menu of flavorful and authentic Indian dishes. Our order items were all delicious and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my meal. One unique aspect of the restaurant is that they have a serving robot, which my kid found to be very exciting and interesting. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making for a comfortable dining experience. I would highly recommend Satya Asha to anyone looking for delicious and authentic pure vegetarian Indian cuisine in Surrey.
Food was tasty, Service was quick . But order kheer in kulhar but it seems their kulhar shrink to size of Diya. . I would call it Kheer in Diya not kulhar kheer server 2-3 teaspoon first we thought that was only sample to taste. Disappointed.
