Pakwan House has varieties of Indian and Pakistani dishes. We ordered Lamb Bhuna Gosht Special, Tandoori Fish, Baluchi Chicken. Among the three items, Lamb tasted the best. They really know how to cook red meat, quantity is a little less though. Tandoori fish was juicy but lacked marination and smoky flavour as a tandoori item should have. To my disappointment, Baluchi chicken didn't meet my expectation too, nothing that I would want to try again. Hope it will be a five star experience next time.
Ordered Chana Masala, Got Chana Dal that is swimming in a pool of oil and extremely dry rotis but also undercooked too. The food tastes like bland oil with no salt even and the Shahi paneer tastes like unsalted bland raw cream. No spices at all, no salt and it doesn't even taste like Indian food, if ur going to serve this to people don't label it indian food. I feel ripped off at this point having this inedible food.
I just got the qeema plate for 15$. I opened the plastic container st their reception and told the girl that the quantity is quite less. Then I got a call from the owner that it is the exact quantity that they serve to everyone. I told him that I am not satisfied and I will not go again.
Wonderful food with fair prices My favourite is the chicken tikka. Hot juicy and flavourful in every bite! The Palak Dal and especially the Butter Chicken were delicious with fragrant complex flavours and a perfect match for their flaky pillowy naan! Would definitely come again!
I recently dined at a Pakwan restaurant and was blown away by the amazing food and fantastic service. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The menu has a great selection of traditional Pakistani dishes, and I was impressed by the level of authenticity in the flavors. The chicken tikka masala was some of the best I've ever had, and the lamb biryani was absolutely delicious. The naan bread was also freshly made and incredibly tasty. The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and she made sure that we had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Pakistani cuisine and great service. I will definitely be returning to try more of the menu.
Fanatastic food and quantity. But the space is too tight. Attended iftar buffet there. But the space was too tight for the people allowed to sit inside the hall. Kitchen's smoke was coming inside the hall.Food: 4/5

Went there for Iftar buffet. It’s $25 per person on week days and on weekends it’s $30. Had some good dishes and service was good.
Had ramadan buffet, food was tasty, specially mutton qorma and fish pakora... Menu range compliment its price value..... overall experience 8/10....
I had the worst food in lower mainland. I ordered chicken biryani, fish pakoda and chicken gravy. All are equally worst. Rice is not cooked in biryani and lot of oil.
