Prabu Sweets

My first time at an Indian sweets shop. It did not disappoint. Their samosas, which I gobbled down on before having a chance to take a picture, were amazing! I woody definitely come back!

Order - 4 Samosas and 1lb Paneer pakoras for around $25 I must say - best samosas, paneer pakoras and even the red chatni, i have had in the lower mainland so far. Chef did a great work. Kudoz to you

Sweets quality is best and no comparison from other any other sweet shop. 4 star just because of long waiting queue. It’s 1 PM on Sunday, on the occasion of choti Diwali. There are almost 35 people waiting before me and average dealing time of each customer is 5-7 min. They should increase their staff temporarily for the special occasions. Otherwise you are looking a wait period of two hours at-least on special occasions & 30 min on weekends. Weekday, no occasion there is no wait time.

Our friends wanted some sweets to take home they told us to buy for them due to which we came here. No wonder there is huge line and their sweets are very tasty. We bought the $22 box which has mix of sweets. We ordered the bengali sweets everything was tasty. They really make some quality bengali sweets which is difficult to find. We also bought samosa and chole they were also very tasty and delicious. Would recommend them for sure.

Sweet taste and quality is good. Many variety in bangali sweets. Customer service is not that good. If you have long queue then they should not push customer to hurry. We asked for assorted sweet & they fill the box with two different sweets only eventhough they could have done that with four different sweets atleast. When asked to do that person behind the counter was not happy.

Service they offer is really disappointing. Inspite of asking for an item 3-4times they didn’t reply because busy talking and laughing. They are serving good food but customer service also matters.

If you are wondering what a traditional samosa tastes like or you want a samosa that would make you feel like you are back home in India that just hits the spot, it’s this place! their samosas are so darn satisfying! They even sell Dhoda here! Coming back always!

These are most definitely the best desi sweets I've tried in Canada! Perfectly soft, not too sweet, with a balanced flavour. If you're in Surrey, do not miss this place! Don't be deterred by the lineup, these sweets are definitely worth it. The malai jamuns, kaju ki barfi, milk cake, and peda are my personal favourites.

PRABU SWEETS are the best in town for food quality. But they are far behind in service. Specially fried food. It took almost 30 minutes to get your takeout. They often say first come first serve. Some time you found yourself last even you came first. Yes their food is so good that doesn't mean they do not need improvements. It would be so nice of them if they start eat in restaurant too. Or we can manage if they move to a bigger space. Because people often found themself confused to find where the line starts and where ends. It is so congested. In compare to food no one is better then PRABU SWEETS. Price wiseYES its too high, You have to think twice or check online or call them before go there. I know Quality Always comes Expensive. Thanks
