I like the service in this hotel. The location is near to my workplace. They assist me right away to all my concerns.nnEven though there was no breakfast included the rate is lower than the other competitors.nnI'd recommend this to people who are on the go.
The room was dirty. There was coffee stains on our pillow that looked/felt like unwashed stains. There was also a hair in our bed. There was some sort of caramel sauce dried in little clumps on the desk. The bathroom counter was not cleaned well. The bathroom amenities were not the brand as pictured on the website. The room is very dated. The heater was so loud and hard to figure out. We wanted it on during the night but when it goes on/off it was so loud it kept us awake. Very disappointed.
I really wasn’t very impressed with my 2 night stay at this hotel. The front desk couldn’t find my reservation. The room was dirty, bathroom toilet was dirty. There were stains in the bedding. The door lock didn’t work. I requested with the front desk for fresh towels two times but never received them. The hot tub was dirty and cold my understanding that the thermostat needed to be replaced I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there are better options within the area.
The front desk makes the place look promising but then when you go up, the elevators smell like cigarettes & the rooms are DIRTY. The furniture was not wiped, The beds look half-clean but the absolute worst part was the BATHROOM.nToilet seat is stained & the BATHTUB OMG ?! The bathtub is FILTHY. Dust has been accumulated in the corner of the bathtub on the outside. The walls are not wiped or anything.nI understand that these issues might be related to staff shortages but you need to understand that you’re running a business for real people.nSome employees are nicer than others.
The room was simply gross...it smells dirty, the chairs were stained - I would not stay here again. Should have trusted my instincts. The door to the room didn't close properly, the sink bubbled and frothed when you flushed the toilet...and I think when the adjacent room flushed.
