Stayed there a few times and always great service! Fairly new hotel. Always clean!

Room was clean and spacious, staff friendly, price reasonable. Downfalls were breakfast was not the best, (glad it was complimentary) the biggest thing was very disappointed in the pool area. Pool was too cold and hot tub was out of order. When you have 5 kids in a hotel for two nights you need to be able to use the pool area. Also, many stains on the hallway carpet on main floor. It is a pet friendly hotel but pet stains (if that’s what they were) can be cleaned better than that.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Customer service was great very friendly and very accommodating as we brought our dog. The breakfast was just as good as if you went to a restaurant. Only downside was the pool was under construction.

Very clean rooms and lobby. Lovely place and staff. Pool was closed unfortunately but very slight issue. Great place!

Love the modern rooms at Mainstay! The full kitchenette, complete with dishwasher, is very handy while travelling with my daughter's who are celiac. Staff are friendly and helpful.
