Good place. Near Airport. Room big and clean, I appreciate with 24/7 free coffee and tea. I could choose the room on Hilton app really flexible.
Very disappointed in the service and communication from the hotel. I repeatedly got a merchant error message when filling out a credit card authorization so my son could use my card to pay for his stay. The hotel was not willing to provide me with another option for him and after telling me it was because my card was invalid it’s not, instead advised me to book elsewhere. We have stayed at other Hamptons before and have never had any issues. I ended up booking at a nearby hotel, for a better rate, with no merchant credit card problems.
Stay was so good re the company, the relaxation it is hard to complain. Run around trying to book for another night- had to move and went from two beds to having to share one. and paid up for it! On line reservations were unnecessarily difficult and did not confirm the reservation clerk said it would cost me less - not true; bath - do not recommend- sized for children and maybe pets, imo; room number 2 only has a shower. We couldn’t swim day 1 as a sports team had just arrived- day 2 was great in the pool - but stucco on the stairs and sides of the pool was painful; hotel in general feels a little tired and rough around the edges, yet I know it was built fairly recently…so? I’ve loved Hiltons; my last stay in Vancouver was the best! Their beds are comfy- sadly best I can do is a hesitant 3stars. They could do so much better.
The continental breakfast was great lots of seating the room had USB plugjns that won't working but not the end of the world besides that staff was friendly and inviting
I'm not so sure why this hotel is rated so high. I chose this hotel based on the rating, and for the included breakfast. The pool was also a part of the decision. We were there for one day.nnThe room was pretty standard. It seemed very clean. The fixtures in the bathroom were loose and caulked in to try and fix them in place.nnThe pool was incredibly overcrowded for to a birthday party. My son and I waited until 10pm to go down so there was space. The hot tub had this weird lip at the top, so you couldn't lean back. It got the back of your head. The emergency did was frozen shut.nnThe biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The orange juice machine broke down twice and we had to get staff to come back and reseat the concentrate. The warm food was all cold. Luckily they had a microwave I used to reheat it. The cheese omelletes were okay. The ham was okay. The hashbrowns were mushy and pasty. My son didn't want to eat them. There was only white bread for toast... and raisin bread. No whole wheat or brown bread. My son did enjoy his waffle.nnOverall, I was just meh. The food was a great disappointment. I don't think I'd stay here again.
