This was my first time visiting Sammi's Restaurant. This shop has a small entrance adjacent to a pub but is worth a visit.  I ordered the lunch special, which was noodles and six dumplings, as a takeaway. With tax, this was under 15$CAD, and a 15% tip brought it to 17$CAD.  The noodles were standard fare and the server gave me the option of deep-fried or boiled dumplings because dumplings were frozen. It is likely that dumplings are made fresh during busier times because I think the Sammi's cook makes their own filling and buys the dough.  Noodles, dumplings, sauce, and chopsticks were presented in a tidy bag. Within 10 minutes of returning home, my takeaway had been eaten. I will return for more dumplings soon.

Really good Mongolian food! We got combo #1 which came with a good amount of food for 2 people. We even got a free soup.  The curry dumplings and the chicken bites were my favourite! So much flavour!!! My only criticism was that the soup was way too salty.

We were on a hurry so we grab the daily special which was fried noodle and 6 dumplings. The noodle were perfectly fried. The dumplings are the best a had in Montreal for a long time. Would came back for sure and try more stuff on the menu.Food: 5/5

Sammi's is a magnificent little restaurant with lovely staff. The Mongolian cuisine let's it's standout while still blending in nicely with Montréal dumpling restaurant scene. The place is well priced, the dumplings are juicy, and their Inner Mongolian pancake are a dish to come back for again and again. I know I'll definitely be coming back go Sammi's and I hope everyone gets a chance to try them!

Yummy new place in town for dumplings and I'm trying the Mongolian pancakes next. They gave me an entree sample which was delicious, homemade chili oil, a cute little candy, and I have to say... was there a secret soy sauce recipe as well? I definitely tasted something different than the usual soy sauce I get at other dumpling spots. I simply ordered their pork, shrimp and coriander and I could clearly see and taste all ingredients with every bite.

It was wonderful experience having food from Sammis. Before specifying about the food, I would like to say about the service which was astonishing. The girls were super awesome in their job. We ordered deep fried pork dumplings, mangolian egg and beef pancakes and stir fried noodles. The dumpling were super good and the home made chilly oil took it to another level. The egg pancake was really good but the beef pancake was not that impressivenot at all bad, just the expectation after the dumplings were too high. The noodles was one of the best noodles that i have in such a long time, the sauce was delicious. We ordered oolong and Mongolia black tea but unfortunately ended up not liking it. Overall it was a super good experience and looking forward to try more dishes from Sammis's.

Truly a hidden gem, I stopped by for lunch with my girlfriend and we were both thoroughly impressed.  The food was amazing, the price is fair and the ambience inside is great. The place is small but very well kept and cozy. The staff was friendly and offered great recommendations. The food's presentation was impressive, no expense was spared with the fancy tableware.  Will definitely be going again!

So happy I decided to stop and try this place. The service was excellent, I asked for suggestions and took the daily special - exactly what I was looking for and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Sammi's is one of those little eateries tucked away among other shops that it tends to go unnoticed. Discovering Sammi's was like a treasure hunt discovery. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Love her homemade hot sauce.
