Small restaurant, not very covid-safe since the tables are made long and don't really allow 2 meter distance. But cute appearance, nice plates. Their chili oil is surprisingly very good, has a real kick to it. Seaweed salad: my family buys the exact same thing at the store. For the portion that the restaurant gives, i feel like buying at the supermarket is more worth your money. Karaage popcorn chicken: chicken is freshly fried. Breading is a little too thick for my taste. Seasonning is good. Comes with store bought sweet chili sauce, too sweet. Miso soup: basic, not bad. Dumplings: Delicious, made by little asian ladies, despite the causasian owner. Took chicken shitaake and we couldn't see the mushrooms but the taste was present. I say the beef filling ones have the most flavorful broth in the dumpling. Forgot to take a picture of them Overall good service, would not recommend the side dishes/appetizers, but good dumplings and price is adequate.
Very good casual spot for dumplings currently takeout only. Many options of meat or veggie and dumplings can be steamed, boiled, pan-fried or in broth. My usual order is steamed shrimp with pork and chives and pan-fried beef and coriander. They also have different kinds of homemade noodles. The hot and sour soup is decent too. One order of dumplings should be enough for one person. Three for two people will make you feel guilty but happy. They come with two dipping sauces.
A super nice place to eat dumplings! You can choose between porc, beef, chicken, lamb and vegetarian dumplings with 4 different subtypes as coriander, onion or other. Fast and friendly service. And you can take also frozen dumplings at home! Would love to visit again.
It was a great experience overall. The food was really good. We ordered 3 plates: Chicken Coriandre fried, Beef Curry Fried and Lamb Coriandre steamed. The fried dumplings are absolutely amazing and haven’t tasted their flavours anywhere else. The steamed one was ok, I have had better elsewhere and they were too crunchy for steamed in my opinion. The service was quick, but the space is a bit tight. Would definitely come back again.
Yummy dumplings at a fair price! The food was quite tasty especially the fried dumplings however they seem understaffed and the service was slow or non existant The visit was made frustrating by that fact. We had to get our own water and we never got the cheque had to go to the cash ourselves i recommend going here however they need to add a few staff members
Nice little place. We really didn't like fried mushrooms and we both love mushrooms in any way. Do not recommend. The rest of the food kimchi, dumplings and soup was good.Food: 4/5
I've been a happy customer since they opened, I've spent so many birthdays here, I actually met my boyfriend here 6 years ago - the food is consistently good, and the service is always friendly. During the phase of the pandemic where dining rooms were closed, my sister and I did a lot of pickup orders. The owner caught on and would give us merch as a thank-you, which really made us feel like they appreciate the support of their neighbours. I came here last night, about 30 minutes before closing for a quick bite didn't realize the time, yet the service I received was still welcoming, kind and quick. Our dumplings were delicious, but the chicken karaage was 80% breading - although, this is probably because we showed up at the end of the evening. Unfortunately, we witnessed a rude customer belittling the waitress and demanding free food, but despite this, the waitress responded politely and professionally. I'm including this little moment to my review in hopes of reminding future clientele to have some grace and patience in their approach to customer service workers, especially if they welcome you 20 minutes to close. !!!
This is a good place for dumplings. It's a perfect match if you are craving dumplings and it's close to you. I recommend the steams dumplings over the pan fried dumblings. They don't have soup dumblings but the steamed one does the job. Service was great too.Food: 4/5
Such a nice place! Nice and quick workers, food was delicious, probably one of the best dumplings I've ever had, definitely a 10/10 experience
Love love love this place. The dumplings are sooo good, prepared fresh. The thickness of the dough is perfect and the way they pan fried it was to die for. I recommend to anyone that wants to eat authentic dumplings!!!! I had the pork and chives + the veggies. If you’re vegan, they have tofu and veggies, which I recommend, but that would be the only one since I’m not a fan if mashed potatoes in dumplings the other vegan option there. I recommend the fried version, another level of satisfaction Service is also very good there, everyone was super friendly. They’re pretty busy at rush hour but you should be fine if you’re not a big group. Also, Don’t expect to be served super quickly as they have to cook order by order.
