Super authentic Chinese food. The best in kw region. Had new year dinner here with my friends. Can make customised dish as wish. The only problem is that the speed of cooking is kinda slow but understandable. The food is just so good. This place is awesome. One of the best served chinese cuisines I've been to. I went there last couple weeks for dinner with my friends and I'm very satisfied with what we had. Such a hidden gem!

Ordered some dim sum with my boyfriend and we were both pleasantly surprised by the tastiness of the food. This is definitely comparable, if not better than some places in the GTA. Don’t come here expecting amazing service, it’s pretty bad but I’d say it’s standard for small asian restaurants; they’ll serve you as you ask but nothing more, which is pretty good for me! 5/5 for the food. I’d recommend the sticky rice wrapped in leaf

Food was good. My 70 year old Asian mother who's picky about everything and pointed out everything that was wrong about the place like the food. Do I need to go on????If you like good dim sum over fancy atmosphere great place. Heard about the dimsum and they did not disappoint.

By far the worst Chinese food in K-W I’ve had in twenty years. Went there for dim sum today and was sorely disappointed. Short ribs were gristle, the shumai was tasteless, and the sticky rice barely stuck and didn’t come cooked or wrapped in lotus leaves. Had to ask repeatedly for chili sauce and water. Terrible.

Sam's have a terror named dim sum. They have old frozen food, hastily defrosted to serve. All gluten disintegrated into a slimy texture, meats are dry from long freezing. Food is literal assassination attempt here. Service at Sam's isn't anything better. They are a family run restaurant. And literally there's a child wandering and singing ABCs, toys and leftover McDonald's and juice boxes are your tonights entertainment because it's a joke. There's clear water damage to the ceiling, shelves and countertops are crooked from poor repairs, tables are sticky. If you want to experience literal restaurant hazard trinity in hygienic, physical, and taste buds this is the place.

A small Chinese restaurant but is having extraordinary quality of typical Chinese Dim Sum dishes. I was not expecting too much when I was here the first time. However, it was a big surprise as dim sums are freshly cooked and tasted really well. We also ordered a dish of Shanghai Thick Noodle which is authentic and was yummy. There is no disappointment. The restaurant is small but cosy. The only improvement I might suggest that they should offer choice of Chinese tea as most Chinese Restaurants do.

Very good dim sum. Such a nice surprise for Kitchener - didn't think I'd find comparable dim sum to Markham but it was great. Prices are quite high but at least it's worth it? Also the service is great. The one lady there was so sweet explaining to us about how they make the taro cakes and everything. I will be a regular for sure!

Authentic Chinese food & Dim Sum. Better than the typical 'Canadian style' Chinese food restaurant. Fresh, delicious, full of flavour. Restaurant interior is modest but comfortable. Good prices. Best Chinese food I've ever had in Waterloo Region.
