Infamous hotpot in Waterloo area, love their beef and chicken dishes, so tender and yummy, the best part is that even when they cook a bit longer they are still so tender and juicy. The shrimp wontons also taste so good, hand made meat balls are so smooth. Just focus on the food, don't mind the street looking DaPaiDong style. Parking space is limited. Don't be scared with other reviews, just follow their rules, no touch, no question asked, imagine you're in Hell's kitchen eating with Gordon Ramsay =

Food was good. Beef and chicken was tender and I really liked the wontons as well. Service was okay. $33-$35 for all you can eat hotpot is a not a bad price. Would recommend especially if you are craving something hot and comforting in the cold weather.

Taste 5/5 environment 2.5/5 service 5/5 servers are busy but helpful & responsive. Wait time 0/5 make sure you have a few hours to “waste” before going there as no reservation can be done if you are not a group of 4 or more. Also you will be seated with others most likely if you have small group. Managers are ok, rude but made fun to us lol

This place is only good if you want to see BMW, Audi, Benz, and Porsche parked in the small parking lot. Other than that, the owners clearly enjoyed the filthy unsanitized restaurant.

The worst hotpot place ever! Although its all you can eat style, the food quality is terrible and worth nothing to try.

The owner was soooooo rude, definitely a good mood killer! Apparently, that's why they don't accept any tips, but still don't deserve the money. Don’t recommend people dine here!

Everyone complained about the owner but he barely spoke to us lmao, the hotpot was so good that the service doesn’t even matter plus it’s decently cheap. Service by waiters was meh but would return here

First of all, I like the attitude that the owner ‍has “I don’t give a fuxk”. Secondly, mysterious sauce is sooo legit!!! All in all, a place you may hate about it or love so much.

The food was great, a solid variety and delicious. The price was also reasonable. Service was decent, the guy was attentive and quick to help with any of our requests for water, napkins, order, etc.

Owner has the worst attitude possible, food is extremely slow to reorder, he cancelled our order saying it’s reaching seating limit time, but it’s due to their slowest ever time to serve food. Avoid at all cost, such a shame.
