Salma Zahid, Member of Parliament

I had emailed Salma Zahid on January 26/17. Regarding a problem I was having. And I got an email back from them saying, Due to the amount of emails they get, to excuse their delay. And it the end it also said we can call them. So I decided to wait, it's been two weeks and haven't heard anything back from them. So I decided to call and see if I can make appointment and talk to her in person. When I called a guy answered the phone and I had explained to him, that I did sent out a email but haven't heard anything so can I make an appointment to talk to Salma. He rudely asked me what is my issue and I told him that I have some matter that I need to talk her about. And he said it's okay you can tell me and I can fix it. I said no I rather talk to her. And he got upset and very rudely he said hold on and left me on hold for 7 minutes and when he back online he said Hello and I was like Hello and he said who's this. And I was like am waiting for you to give me an appointment with her. Then he's like yes yes!! Right then I realized this guy did not go to check if I can get appointment, he just made me wait that long thinking I would hang up. Then he said let me get you're number and name and she will cal you on Monday. I said I didn't want a phone call. I wanted to make an appointment with her to talk about the issues. He said no you only have a small question and that can be solved over the phone. First of all how the F*** do you know my issues is small, and how dare you judge that from that end of that seat. This was really inappropriate. And for you Salma we voted for you, so you can help us not get insulted like this!!!
