Blinds To Go

Cords on the Roman shades keep shrinking! Shades do not close fully allowing people to see in when lights are on! Staff give me a hard time and then "fix" the problem...but it keeps happening! This is the third time. So frustrating! I have asked them to replace this product with something else because clearly there is a defect but they want me to pay for a replacement! Horrible customer service. Would not recommend!

We have ordered blinds for our back yard door. There were multiple problems with the order and with the product. Do not recommend buying any custom staff from them. The problems included: 1. The customer service lady recommended to install the structure 3" above the frame, with the corresponding length of the blinds. This resulted in visible iron brackets in the final installation, which are quite ugly. 2. The structure itself is have to be made out of multiple parts, which can be easily preassembled for the customers' convenience - the assembly took long time, required use of force and resulted in injured fingers and broken nails. 3. Some parts were not cut to the right size, so we had to cut these ourselves. 4. One part was missing - we had to come back to the store to pick it. 5. The assembly manual is very unclear. It contains manual how to assemble several different models, and it was hard to understand which one do we have. 6. There are missing steps in the manual, which we had to figure out on our own. 7. The final step involved installation of a safety feature. When attempted to install it according to the manual it broke apart. The structure is not error proof. 8. The price of the product (almost $300) is too high relative the the product quality. Do not buy from these guys if you care about your time and nerves.

Dear Blinds To Go, We would like to express additional thanks for the amazing service from your Blinds To Go team in Woodbridge. Upon our initial purchase, we were helped by Angela, Mahwish and Mary Ann, who provided phenominal customer service! Their assistance was so amazing that we shared our experience with head office and posted a Google review (feedback below). Recently, we noticed an issue with some of our blinds. I called the store and Brigitte advised us to bring the blinds back as she would need to send that to head office for inspection. We did just that and in less than a week Brigette called back with three options. We decided on an upgrade and the transaction was seamless, and we were also offered free temporary blinds! Once again, in less than a week the replacement blinds were available. A new installation date was set up without a problem. My husband and I are thouroughly impressed by the hassle-free service, friendly attitude from the staff and competitve pricing. Upon every visit to the Woodbridge store, we leave extremely satisfied. Its refreshing to know that Blinds To Go employs professional and top notich individuals like Angela, Mahwish, Brigitte and Mary Ann to run the business-they are the perfect team!! I was very pleased with the service I received at Blinds to Go. The staff was very helpful and resourceful and made my shopping experience enjoyable. My window coverings fit perfectly on my windows and look so beautiful.
