Comfortable and clean store with friendly staff. Basic seam standard Safeway that you see everywhere. There's a Coffee Shop pharmacy and all the standard Apartments you would find in a regular grocery store with the same service that you get it at any Safeway. Not a bad place to stop for a bite if you're waiting for a train. There's also banks in the area as well.

Not just cents over priced. But 3 dollars. They have no snow removal got stuck in the parking spot. Wasn't worth the trip. Would rather spend the money on gas and go somewhere else.

Good store don't buy from their deli section open sandwich meat they don't change it regularly and I have paid for items that have had to be tossed. I have also asked them to cut fresh meat so I could buy and they have refused me. All other departments are clean and shopable.

Don't honor advertised prices. Last week they had Canada day Maple cookies sign outside for $1.99 but inside it was 2.99. On the way out noticed advertised sign for $1.99. Today they had limes posted in store for 69 cents a small bag. At self checkout it would not scan. The assistant manually entered it for 2.29. I told her the sign says 69 cents. She said no its 2.29. I told her to take it off. Cherries had a sign for 6.99 those came up at over $13. I told her to take them off. I went by the signs again since they could be least be bothered to check for custoners. In small print under the grapes sign did say per lb so my mistake for not inspecting carefully. For the limes it said 69 cents. I told a man stocking that the sign says 69 cents but they are manually entering 2.29. He took the sign off and asked me if I got them. I said no because I knew they tried to charge me the wrong price. He said sorry they mislabeled the product. I told him about the cookies and he said the sign person forgot to change it. He was very nice but this Safeway seems to have no problem overcharging people or simply saying their sign is wrong if the customer notices. Check the prices carefully and expiry dates here. Customer service was non existent. Use a cashier, they are usually in a good mood, not like the grumpy women at self checkout. Perhaps Safeway should invest some of the money it overcharges customers in teaching staff what customer service is!
